Japanese/English Bilingual Production Assistant
to support our manufacturing operations in Canton, MI. This hands-on role involves assisting in day-to-day production activities, monitoring product quality, and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with product assembly, packaging, and visual inspections
Operate basic machinery and hand tools safely and effectively
Monitor product quality and promptly report any defects or inconsistencies
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace
Adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures
Support inventory tracking and assist with material handling tasks
Qualifications & Skills
Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
Familiarity with basic production equipment is a plus
Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting moderate loads
