Timing: May or June 2026 through August 2026
Status: Temporary internship (not benefits‑eligible)
Interns at Johnson Outdoors are treated as true team members. You’ll work on meaningful projects that influence innovation, marketing strategy, and business decision‑making — not hypothetical assignments.

As a Consumer Insights Intern , you’ll support projects that help Johnson Outdoors better understand our consumers and how they engage with outdoor experiences:
Support consumer insights initiatives through data collection, analysis, and synthesis of qualitative and quantitative research
Assist with gathering and organizing consumer, market, and competitive data to inform innovation and business decisions
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Marketing, Innovation, Product, and Shared Services on insight‑driven projects
Help translate research findings into clear summaries, presentations, and actionable recommendations
Participate in innovation‑related projects, including concept exploration, trend analysis, and opportunity identification
Support documentation, reporting, and presentation of insights to internal stakeholders
This role is ideal for someone who’s naturally curious, enjoys problem‑solving, and is excited about turning data into meaningful stories.
What We’re Looking For
Current college student or recent graduate studying Marketing, Business, or a related field
Strong curiosity and passion for learning about consumers, behavior, and markets
Basic understanding of business, marketing, or innovation concepts
Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to organize information and communicate insights clearly
Authorized to work in the U.S. without employment‑based sponsorship
What You’ll Gain
A 10–12 week paid internship with real business impact
Exposure to consumer insights and innovation practices within a global organization
