Sr. Media Analyst, Integrated Channel Intelligence
The Sr. Media Analyst, Integrated Channel Intelligence role is an important role within our Fan Intelligence organization, which is part of EA's broader Experiences organization. The future of entertainment is interactive, and our Experiences team plays an important role in this future by building content, culture, and community around our brands. We empower audiences to Play, Create, Watch, and Connect across our amazing franchises and experiences, including The Sims, Madden NFL, EA SPORTS FC, Apex Legends, and Battlefield. We're a multi-functional group, with world‑class expertise in building fandoms, driving interactive storytelling, and positioning our franchises at the center of the broader entertainment ecosystem.
The Integrated Channel Intelligence team provides insights and measurement on paid media campaigns. As a collective, this team increases adoption of new adtech, surfaces high value audiences and optimization opportunities, produces strategic insights, and guides innovation in measurement solutions. You will report into the Measurement & Insights Manager. If you are near an EA office in Austin or Vancouver, you will work on a hybrid model splitting your time remote and on‑site.
Responsibilities
Deliver measurement and applicable insights for paid media campaigns for EA's Lifestyle titles, like The SIMS and Skate.
Develop media measurement frameworks that align planning goals with measurable and optimizable indicators.
Design learning agendas and test frameworks grounded in clear, strategic hypotheses.
Analyze performance data, brand lift studies, and campaign reports to extract meaningful insights.
Translate media performance into business context with impactful recommendations for marketing partners.
Collaborate with media planning teams and marketing analytics to inform projects through data‑driven insights.
Partner across the Fan Intelligence team to integrate paid media insights into broader campaign narratives.
Champion improvement in how we measure the effectiveness of our paid media campaigns against results.
Qualifications
Industry‑specific skills:
3+ years of experience in digital marketing at a multi‑franchise global brand.
Familiarity with marketing and media mix models (e.g., MMM, MTA).
Experience with paid media measurements.
Experience with measurement strategies across full‑funnel media campaigns.
Job‑specific skills:
Experience uncovering insights and creating compelling narratives using data.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot table manipulation.
Experience creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations.
Experience managing project deliverables with accountability.
Compensation and Benefits
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane) $79,500 - $103,100 USD
In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full‑time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
