About The Role
Assembly Operations Sr. Production Manager responsible for leading site server and rack assembly day‑to‑day operations and end‑of‑line operations, ensuring production delivery, quality, and cost metrics are met or exceeded. Focus on employee safety, productivity, quality, and training while supervising a team of 3+ managers, 6+ supervisors, 20+ leads, and 200+ production talents.

What You’ll Do
Provide Work Direction to the Extended Team
Communicate overall priorities for the extended team to Team Leads based on: ship date, quantity of units, aged units, capacity and utilization, efficiency, quality issues, safety and 7S’s in place, lean tools, problem‑solving tools and action plan (PDCA).

Attendance / OT / PTO execution
Training execution
Staffing execution
Workload balance
Performance feedback to Managers
Issue Resolution
Manage/escalate issues impacting the extended team and communicate to:
Peer Manager(s)
Manager
Customer PM(s)
NPI PM(s)
Process Improvement / 7S Leadership
Work with extended team to identify and execute process/tool improvements with manufacturing engineering, development engineering and maintenance teams.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
10+ years in high‑complexity technology manufacturing environment with experience in project management, engineering, quality, manufacturing, and new product introduction.
8+ years leading and mentoring technical and non‑technical teams.
Lean manufacturing hands‑on experience.
Prominent level of integrity and strong work ethic.
Ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
Ability to simplify issues/direction and communicate verbally and in writing to all levels of employees.
Ability to pull information from numerous sources and consolidate it into a plan for the organization.
Ability to recognize and drive teams to perform continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.
Ability to recognize issues and opportunities in an automated production environment and lead teams to improve equipment and processes.
Effective work with all members of the organization and lead cross‑functional teams to solve issues in a fast‑paced production environment.
