General Labor Associate

We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Labor Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of warehouse, production, and facility tasks. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general warehouse duties such as loading, unloading, sorting, packing, and labeling products
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized work areas
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment as required
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times
• Support production lines and assist machine operators as needed
• Inspect and prepare materials for shipment or storage
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed
• Must be able to pass background check and/or drug screening (if required by client)
