General Laborer

We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to support daily operations in a warehouse, production, or construction environment. This role involves a variety of physical tasks to help maintain an efficient and safe work environment. No prior experience is required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload materials, products, or equipment
• Assist with packing, sorting, or assembling items
• Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment
• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks
• Operate basic hand tools or equipment, if trained
• Move items to designated areas using carts, dollies, or pallet jacks
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 40lbs] and perform physical labor
• Able to work on your feet for extended periods
• Good communication skills and ability to follow directions
