Warehouse Equipment Operator

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Warehouse Equipment Operator to join our team in Goodyear, AZ. This position requires hands-on experience operating a Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, and Stand-Up Forklift in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and maintains a positive attitude while working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, and Stand-Up Forklift safely and efficiently
• Pick, move, and stage products throughout the warehouse
• Load and unload materials while following company safety standards
• Accurately complete picking and inventory tasks using RF scanners or warehouse systems
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Conduct basic equipment inspections before use and report any issues
• Support general warehouse operations as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, and Stand-Up Forklift (all three required)
• Ability to work at heights while operating warehouse equipment
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Positive attitude and willingness to receive and apply feedback
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• $19.00 per hour
• MondayFriday schedule with potential overtime opportunities
