$50,000 – $85,000+ annual earnings potential (Hourly base pay + uncapped commission)
What You’ll Do
Guide customers through furniture and home design selections using a consultative approach
Build strong relationships and create a welcoming, inspiring showroom experience
Help customers bring their vision to life with thoughtful product recommendations
Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
Develop product and design knowledge that builds confidence and credibility
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, team-oriented mindset
Motivation to succeed in a performance-driven environment
Furniture, design, or retail sales experience preferred
Reliable transportation is required.
