Salary: $150,000 – $165,000 annually
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:30am-5:30pm

A leading professional services organization is seeking a Library Systems Administrator to oversee its Integrated Library System (ILS), electronic resources, and technical services operations. This is a high-impact role blending systems management, cataloging, and team leadership.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and optimize the ILS (cataloging, acquisitions, serials)
Oversee electronic resources and content aggregation tools
Supervise and train technical services staff
Partner with IT on systems, integrations, and enhancements
What You Bring:
4+ years in a research/professional library (legal preferred)
Knowledge of digital resources, metadata, and library technologies
Leadership skills and a detail-oriented mindset
