Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Assistant Project Manager (Real Estate) position.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects within Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs). This role assists the Project Manager with schedule management, cost control, subcontractor coordination, document control, and field operations.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field (preferred)
- Equivalent construction experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in construction project coordination or project management
- Senior living, healthcare, multi-family, or occupied renovation experience is strongly preferred
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license

Pay Range
$60,471.00 - $77,654.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
