Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30PM
Location: Casa Grande
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Forklift Driver ll to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for safely operating powered industrial trucks to move, load, and organize materials while maintaining compliance with safety and GMP standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate electric-powered industrial trucks (forklifts) to move pallets and materials throughout the facility
- Accurately review and process shipping documents including Bills of Lading (BOLs) and packing lists
- Load and unload trucks while ensuring product integrity and proper documentation
- Maintain an organized workspace and properly stage materials for shipping and receiving
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and truck drivers to coordinate workflow
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), including sanitation and warehouse cleaning procedures
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning checklists as required
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 13 years of previous forklift or warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift operation experience required (certification a plus)
- Strong attention to detail, especially when handling shipping documentation
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
