Impactful After-School Academic Mentor (Middle School)

A community service organization seeks dedicated volunteers for the role of Academic Mentor to assist youth aged 11-15 in academic growth through one-on-one support. Volunteers will guide students in math and English, fostering trusting relationships during a semester-long commitment. This is a rewarding opportunity that helps under-served students succeed while enhancing the mentors' skills and experiences. The program runs Monday to Friday afternoons at a local high school in the Bronx, starting January 2026.
