Space Common Operational Picture Manager

As a Space Common Operational Picture (COP) Manager, you’ll bring your operational, technical, situational awareness, data fusion, and command and control expertise to work alongside thought leaders in digital integration, space operations, analytics, modeling and simulation (M&S), and the Exercise Control Group (ECG) on projects for DoW aligned space mission operations. You’ll partner directly with the USSPACECOM M&S team and broader exercise architecture to ensure COP accuracy, fidelity, and mission relevance. You’ll use your skills and expertise as you integrate, analyze, manage, and present multisource data to enable timely decision‑making across the mission area.

You Have:
Experience managing or operating a COP or situational awareness system
Experience integrating multisource operational data, including sensor, intelligence, or M&S inputs
Ability to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of an operational picture in support of leadership decision‑making
Ability to coordinate with external data providers and mission partners
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Experience supporting USSPACECOM, joint exercises, or large‑scale ECGs
Experience working with M&S teams or integrating M&S output into operational displays
Knowledge of space domain awareness or command and control processes
Knowledge of data visualization or fusion tools
Ability to refine COP standards, workflows, or visualization templates
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Space Operations, Data Visualization, or System Administration Certification
Clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
