We are looking for a Law & Motion Attorney with strong background in Employment law – Plaintiff.
Law & Motion Attorney - Employment Law Plaintiff / Bar admission in California (preferred) or eligibility for admission
100% Remote:
$160-$220 Discretionary bonus
Requirements:
Substantial employment law experience.
4-6 years of legal experience and writing.
Drafting oppositions to motions for summary judgment.
Drafting oppositions to demurrers and handling a variety of motion practice.
Bar admission in California (preferred) or eligibility for admission.
We will require a writing sample for any of the above or any briefing regarding anti‑SLAPP applicant with submission.
