Our client, a well-established and growing plaintiff‑side law firm, is seeking a skilled Employment Law Attorney to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact wage and hour class action cases in both state and federal courts, while advocating for employees and consumers.
Employment Law Attorney Benefits and Compensation
Competitive base salary: $250,000 – $400,000 per year, depending on experience

Employment Law Attorney Requirements & Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law in California
7+ years of plaintiff‑side wage and hour class action civil litigation experience, including discovery, motion practice, oral advocacy, and depositions
Proven ability to manage complex cases and meet strict deadlines from day one
Prior experience representing clients in state and federal courts
Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for hearings, depositions, and client matters

Prior exposure to class actions, wage‑and‑hour disputes, or complex litigation
A proactive, detail‑oriented, and collaborative mindset with a passion for employee and consumer rights
