Position Overview
The firm is seeking an experienced
Employment Litigation Defense Attorney
to handle complex employment matters, including class actions and single-plaintiff cases. This is a unique opportunity to work with industry‑leading attorneys on high‑profile cases while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid or remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in all phases of employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, and other employment‑related claims.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice law in the state of California.
2+ years of experience in employment litigation, preferably in a defense setting.
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary for this position is between
$200,000 to $350,000
