Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)

to join our expanding team at

Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center (SRMC)

in Fredericksburg, Virginia. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a growing NICU program committed to keeping families together - right in their own community.

Your Clinical Scope
Staffing Model:

2 Neonatologists + 3 NNPs
Key Responsibilities:
Provide

24hour inhouse NNP coverage
Work alongside Neonatologists during the day; overnight inhouse with 30minute physician call backup
Attend deliveries and support a growing NICU service line
Educate and mentor RN/RT teams as acuity and volume evolve
