About the Company
Spektrix is an international company with over 250 creative artists, problem‑solvers and technology enthusiasts. Our mission is to help arts and culture organisations succeed through modern technology and outstanding customer care. We offer a cloud‑based platform that combines ticketing, CRM, marketing and fundraising into an integrated solution, supported by dedicated customer success and expert consulting. Implementation management: guide onboarding and system implementation projects from contract signing to go‑live; create realistic project schedules, ensure high system adoption through active communication, coordinate internal and external stakeholders and prepare customers for long‑term success.
Client support: serve as the primary contact for all DACH customers on support requests, from everyday application questions to consulting projects; supported by our global client‑success teams.
Market representation & stakeholder management: act as Spektrix ambassador in the DACH region, at industry events and in direct contact with interested parties and partners; collaborate closely with global teams to deliver a seamless professional experience.
Market analysis & feedback: contribute to the optimisation of Spektrix for the DACH market by documenting local requirements (e.g., payment providers, tax regulations, culture‑specific workflows) and forwarding insights to product and development teams.
Operational excellence: maintain high data integrity standards by accurately capturing all sales activities and project milestones in internal systems (e.g., HubSpot) and performing regular updates for internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Entrepreneurial mindset: you are an independent, proactive individual with a growth mindset who thrives in a market‑introduction phase.
Technical affinity: you are a system person with deep understanding of complex software; you have experience with ticketing, CRM or marketing software and enjoy data mapping and technical troubleshooting.
Strategic problem solving: you can manage multiple priorities, addressing urgent issues while ensuring continued progress on significant long‑term projects.
Experience: ideally you have experience in the arts and culture sector or ticketing industry in Germany, Austria or Switzerland, or a strong interest in the field.
Languages: native‑level German and professional‑level English (spoken and written).
Benefits
