Creative Director, Design + Digital
The Creative Director works closely with artists and their teams to shape and execute cohesive visual worlds across album cycles, campaigns, and experiential moments. Primarily focusing on design and branding. This role bridges concept and execution, working directly with talent, management, and internal stakeholders to ensure every touchpoint is aligned with the artist’s message and identity.
The Creative Director supports the development of large‑scale creative direction and owns day‑to‑day execution across projects in conjunction with the project's Creative manager.
What you’ll do:
Creative
Collaborate directly with artists and their teams to develop visual concepts and campaign frameworks
Build moodboards, visual references, and concept decks
Maintain visual consistency across all campaign assets
Design & Execution
Lead design across digital, social, website, presentation, and physical formats
Oversee album packaging including vinyl, CD, and specialty formats
Develop key art and guide adaptations across multiple platforms
Prepare production‑ready files and manage revisions with precision
Software & Technical Expertise
Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Strong working knowledge of Figma for websites, digital systems and collaborative workflows
Deep understanding of typography, layout systems, hierarchy, and grid structures
Knowledge of print production, packaging specs, color profiles, and file prep
Comfort working within asset management systems and organized file structures
Communicate directly with artists, management, and marketing teams
Present work clearly and confidently in both internal and external meetings
Capture feedback and translate it into clear next steps
Provide direction to junior designers and freelancers when needed
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards
Who you are:

You move fluidly between concept and execution — equally comfortable in a vision‑setting conversation and behind the screen delivering production‑ready files
You are a systems thinker — you design with consistency, hierarchy, and scale in mind across every format and platform
You are Adobe‑native with advanced command of InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and fluent in Figma for digital and collaborative workflows
You understand the full lifecycle of a creative campaign — from moodboard to key art to packaging to social adaptation
You have a strong command of print production — you know your bleed specs, color profiles, and packaging formats like the back of your hand
You are a confident communicator who can present work to artists and executives alike, hold space for feedback, and translate it into clear creative direction
You are a natural collaborator and quiet leader — you elevate the work of junior designers and freelancers while managing up and across with ease
