Career Services is seeking a Peer Resume Reviewer for the 26-27 academic year. This posting has a planned start of August 2026, with interviews for the role taking place April/May 2026 depending on shared availability.

Primary Responsibilities

In this role you will have the chance to:
* Help students improve their resumes and cover letters, leading them to secure co-ops, internships, and jobs
* Provide constructive feedback to peers via email, Zoom, and in person, so they can improve their written documents

* Develop your own job-searching knowledge as you teach others about Career Services resources

* Be an integral part of the Career Services team

Qualifications

What we are looking for:
* Excellent skills in writing, spelling, and grammar

* Desire to learn and teach others

* Solid understanding of Microsoft Word
* 3.0 GPA preferred but not required
* Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check
