Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Air Export Associate to join our logistics team in Wood Dale, IL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Air export operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex shipping processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage Air export shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.

Prepare and review export documentation including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin.

Communicate with customers, carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to resolve shipment issues and provide status updates.

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

Monitor shipment schedules and coordinate with internal teams to meet delivery deadlines.

Assist in booking Air freight space and negotiating rates with carriers.

Maintain accurate records of shipments and prepare reports as needed.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance export processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Entry or any experience in Air export operations or related logistics roles.

Strong knowledge of international shipping documentation and export compliance.

Familiarity with Incoterms and freight forwarding procedures.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.

Bi-lingual preferred (Korean and English)
