Overview
Harvey Nash is recruiting for a Business Development Manager to drive sales growth for Client Commercial Services hotels. Location: Remote. Duration: 12 months contract. Hourly rate: $35.00-$40.00 per hour on W-2 basis.

We’re specifically seeking individuals with a hospitality/hotel industry background.

Key Responsibilities

Build business from scratch and develop new revenue partnerships.

Conduct prospecting, hunting, and lead generation (calls, emails, outreach).

Represent client professionally with other clients and business associates.

Identify potential opportunities, respond to RFPs, and support hotel projects.

Work closely with hotels to understand needs and bring in new business.

Focus on commercial sales, digital marketing, and light account management (heavy account management not required).

Track activities and reporting in Salesforce (preferred).

Candidate Profile

Strong sales mindset, sales experience is a must.

Commercial sales or B2B travel/hospitality experience is a plus.

Hotel/property background is highly valuable (multi-property experience is a standout).

Excellent communication, organization, and ability to manage multiple clients.

Exceptional overall experience is more important than specific hotel experience.

Good understanding of client dynamics and business development in hospitality.
