Position Overview
At Pepper, were building a thoughtful, design-forward home brandand our digital experience is central to that vision. Were looking for an Ecommerce Manager to lead both the analytics and product development of our site end-to-end, owning how we measure, build, and continuously improve the customer experience. This role is ideal for someone with a strong product and data background who is ready to own the full site experience.
Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end ecommerce experience, including product development, site roadmap, and ongoing optimization
Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements and partner with engineering and design team to execute
Lead site-wide analytics, including KPI definition, dashboarding, and performance analysis
Drive A/B testing and experimentation across key site flows to improve conversion, engagement, and revenue
Analyze the customer journey to identify friction points and inform product and UX improvements
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Product Development, and report regularly to the COO on performance, insights, and priorities
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in ecommerce, product management, or digital analytics, ideally within a DTC or consumer brand
Strong product management experience, with the ability to define requirements and work closely with engineering teams
Highly data-driven, with hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Looker, or similar tools
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies
Strong cross-functional collaborator with the ability to connect site performance to broader business goals
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a high level of ownership and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Additional Details:
Full-time, hybrid position in NYC
Hybrid schedule: 3 in-office days per week
Salary range: $95,000-$125,000 (based on experience and skillset)
