Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active North Carolina PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Client requires experience providing care across adult and geriatric populations in post-acute or long-term care environments preferred.
• Ability to follow physical therapist plan of care and document per facility and regulatory standards.

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift: Days.
• Shift hours: 0800-1630.
• Scheduled days: Sunday through Saturday (VMS lists coverage across all days as needed).
• Work schedule: 35 guaranteed hours per week; 5x8 schedule indicated.
• Contract length: 14 weeks.
• Candidate may be expected to float to other facility units as needed.
