Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active North Carolina PTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
- Client requires experience providing care across adult and geriatric populations in post-acute or long-term care environments preferred.
- Ability to follow physical therapist plan of care and document per facility and regulatory standards.
Assignment Details
- Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift: Days.
- Shift hours: 0800-1630.
- Scheduled days: Sunday through Saturday (VMS lists coverage across all days as needed).
- Work schedule: 35 guaranteed hours per week; 5x8 schedule indicated.
- Contract length: 14 weeks.
- Candidate may be expected to float to other facility units as needed.
