Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active State PTA license required to start the assignment in Illinois.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
Client requirement: ability to provide care within a skilled nursing facility setting and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
Preferred: experience with geriatric patient population and restorative therapy programs.
Assignment Details
Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
Shift: Days.
Shift hours: 08:3016:30.
Work pattern: 5x8.
Contract length: 13 weeks.
Guaranteed hours: 35 hours per week.
