Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active New Jersey PTA license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) required per client request.
Experience with SNF documentation, transfers, and restorative nursing programs preferred.
Ability to follow plan of care and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
Assignment Details
Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
Shift Name: Days.
Shift Details: Days 08:3016:30.
Schedule: 5x8 days per week.
Assignment Length: 13 weeks (VMS contract weeks).

Cape May Court House is within Cape May County and offers access to the Cape May National Wildlife Refuge and Cape May Point State Park, each within a 1525 minute drive and offering coastal trails and birdwatching. The area is coastal and historic, with the Cape May Historic District and Washington Street Mall about 1020 minutes by car, providing Victorian architecture, dining, and shopping. Travel options include regional NJ Transit and shuttle connections to larger transportation hubs approximately 12 hours away, making coastal and urban excursions feasible. Outdoor recreation is abundant, including nearby beaches, fishing piers, and boat charters in Cape May Harbor, fitting a relaxed coastal lifestyle with easy access to family-friendly and nature-forward activities.
