Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active New Jersey Physical Therapy Assistant license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience in skilled nursing facility or post-acute care settings preferred.
Ability to assist with transfers, ambulation, therapeutic exercise, and documentation using electronic medical records preferred.
Client requires clinicians able to work scheduled days and follow established facility protocols.

Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
Shift Name: Days.
Shift Hours: 08:3016:30.
Work Pattern: 5x8.
Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
