Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active New Jersey PTA license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.
Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams preferred.

Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and CCRC environment.
Shift: Days.
