Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active New Jersey State PTA license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required or may be required.
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
Experience with restorative programs, adaptive equipment, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and follow physical therapy care plans.
Assignment Details
Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
Shift Name: Days.
Shift Details: Days 0830-1630.
Schedule Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
Start: ASAP.
Contract Length: 13 weeks.
