Responsibilities
You will work with patients recovering from injury or illness in a home health setting, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Qualifications
Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited educational program.
Active Maryland PTA license or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to the assignment start.
Home health experience required. Candidates must have clinical experience providing in-home patient care, documentation in home health electronic medical records, and familiarity with home safety assessments.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
Ability to travel to patient homes across the Charles County area and surrounding communities as assigned.
Must be able to provide a current resume for consideration.
