Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active Florida PTA license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
Experience working in an outpatient clinic required. Experience with musculoskeletal and orthopedic caseloads preferred.
Familiarity with therapeutic exercise programs, modalities (heat, cold, electrical stimulation), and gait training preferred.
Ability to follow plan of care under direction of a licensed Physical Therapist and document care in electronic medical records.
