Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active California PTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
- Ability to provide care for a mixed caseload including geriatric rehabilitation, wound management support, and mobility training preferred.
- Clinical documentation experience and familiarity with electronic medical records preferred.
- Client requires availability for a 14-week contract assignment as described in order notes.

- Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift: Days.
- Shift hours: 08:00-16:30.
- Schedule: 5x8.
- Guaranteed hours per week: 35.
- Contract length: 14 weeks.
