Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active Michigan PTA license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
Home health experience required.
Experience providing skilled home health services in St. Joseph and Branch counties preferred.
Ability to document visits using electronic medical records and follow care plans as directed by supervising Physical Therapist preferred.
Assignment Details
Facility Type: Home Health.
Shift: Days.
Shift Details: 8-hour shifts, Monday
Friday.
Schedule: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
Positions Available: 1.
Start Window: May through August assignment period.
