The Bristal Assisted Living - 1001 Axinn Avenue - Responsibilities: Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs); Escort residents to meals and recreational activities; Support residents in achieving their highest level of physical, emotional and psycho-social well-being; Follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to the instructions of the Nurse Shift Supervisor and the Director of Wellness; Assist in the Wellness area to ensure the safety, comfort and wellbeing of residents
