The Bristal Assisted Living - 520 Montauk Highway - Responsibilities: Assisting residents manage Activities of Daily Living (ADLs); Escorting residents to meals and recreational activities; Supporting residents in achieving their highest level of physical, emotional and psycho-social well-being; Following all policies and procedures, and adhering to the instructions of the Nurse Shift Supervisor and the Director of Wellness; Provide hands-on care in a respectful and dignified manner
