We're a multi-market PR and communications agency with a growing presence in New York. Our work spans fashion, beauty, and lifestyle, and more - and our New York showroom is at the heart of it. We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented intern to jump in across PR, showroom operations, events, and creative projects.
What you’ll be doing
Managing gifting logistics end-to-end - from coordinating send-outs to tracking deliveries and following up on coverage
Keeping the showroom well‑organised, stocked, and always press‑ready
Handling inbound and outbound client product, logging samples, managing returns, and maintaining accurate inventory
Supporting the team on media and influencer list building, keeping contacts current and well‑organised
Assisting with outreach to press and talent, helping draft and send notes as needed
Supporting guest list management for events and brand activations, from building the list to confirmations and day‑of logistics
Who you are
Currently studying or recently graduated in PR, communications, fashion, or a related field
Highly organise with strong attention to detail
Able to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
Genuinely passionate about beauty, fashion, or lifestyle
Based in New York or able to commute in
