Creative Marketing Agency – Midwest Growth Focus
Our agency is expanding, and we’re looking for a driven sales and business development professional to help us grow and diversify our client base across the Midwest. This role is ideal for someone who understands the creative‑agency world‑branding, digital marketing, content production, design, and campaign strategy‑and knows how to translate that expertise into meaningful client relationships. Candidates with established B2B relationships, especially within Fortune 500 organizations, will thrive in this role and accelerate our growth trajectory.

What You’ll Do

Build and manage a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities across the Midwest

Leverage existing B2B relationships, particularly within enterprise and Fortune 500 environments, to open doors and accelerate growth

Identify, pursue, and close partnerships with brands that align with our agency’s creative strengths

Develop outreach strategies that diversify our client portfolio and expand into new verticals

Represent the agency in meetings, pitches, and industry events with confidence and clarity

Collaborate with internal creative and strategy teams to shape proposals that win

Track performance metrics and refine your approach based on results

Maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to encourage long‑term growth

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in sales, business development, or account growth within a creative, marketing, or advertising agency

Existing B2B relationships—ideally with enterprise‑level or Fortune 500 companies—that can translate into meaningful opportunities

Strong understanding of agency services and how to position them effectively

A proactive, self‑directed approach to prospecting and relationship building

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Comfort working in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment

A growth mindset and genuine excitement about expanding our footprint in the Midwest

Ability to work remotely while staying connected to Midwest markets, clients, and opportunities

What We Offer
We’re committed to hiring the right person, not the right number. Compensation will be tailored to the experience, skill set, and value the candidate brings. We don’t publish a range because we don’t want to limit who applies—or who we hire. Our compensation plan will include a 401k match, health insurance, PTO, base salary, and a commission structure that we will tailor to the individual based on their experience level.
