Now Hiring: Quality Inspector (2nd & 3rd shift)
- Location: Minonk, IL
Pay Range: $21.00 - $26.54
What You'll Do
- Hands-on with manufacturing: support production, troubleshoot parts & fixtures
- Inspection pro: perform receiving checks, audits, weld certifications, and document results
- Metrology master: gauge repair, calibrations, and station verifications
- Keep it clean: maintain organized work areas for smooth operations
- Quality guardian: inspect rejected/reworked material, track non-conforming parts, and escalate issues
- Process evaluator: ensure proper gages at machine stations & recommend improvements
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset: define issues, collect data, draw valid conclusions
Physical Requirements
- Frequent climbing, bending, twisting
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
