**Location:** Minonk, IL
**Pay Range:** $21.00 - $26.54**What You’ll Do***
**Hands-on with manufacturing**: support production, troubleshoot parts & fixtures*
**Inspection pro**: perform receiving checks, audits, weld certifications, and document results*
**Metrology master**: gauge repair, calibrations, and station verifications*
**Keep it clean**: maintain organized work areas for smooth operations*
**Quality guardian**: inspect rejected/reworked material, track non-conforming parts, and escalate issues*
**Process evaluator**: ensure proper gages at machine stations & recommend improvements## Qualifications**Qualifications***
Strong communication skills*
Problem-solving mindset: define issues, collect data, draw valid conclusions**Physical Requirements***
Frequent climbing, bending, twisting*
Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
