TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Hopewell Junction, NY.



TTP: This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.



CDL A Details





  • Schedule: FLOATER start time varies, MUST be open to ALL shifts, Monday - Friday schedule, Average 45 to 55 hours per week







  • Pay: $33.26 Per Hour, + $2,000 Sign-on Bonus, $1,600 - $1,700 Estimated weekly pay







  • Route Type: Local deliveries to Upstate NY/New England areas (NYC is a rare possibility)







  • Freight / Load Type: Automotive parts







  • Equipment: Automatic Transmissions, 48' & 53' Trailers







  • Handling: Touch freight, Manual pallet jack/ hand cart unload





CDL A Minimum Requirements:





  • License: CDL A







  • Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience







  • Endorsements: None







  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)




  • Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements





CDL A Responsibilities:





  • Safely operate CLD A equipment on local routes







  • Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards







  • Perform required handling tasks including manual pallet jack/hand cart unload







  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections







  • Maintain accurate logs and paperwork







  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations







  • Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
