Publisher Success Manager (AdTech) - Remote

What You’ll Do
Act as the main point of contact for publishers, building strong, long‑term relationships
Onboard new publishers and support them throughout the entire lifecycle
Monitor and optimize publisher performance, running ongoing tests and experiments to maximize revenue
Analyze data and generate performance reports, insights, and actionable recommendations
Manage and optimize setups in Google Ad Manager (GAM), including trafficking, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvements
Identify growth opportunities and proactively suggest strategies to increase revenue
Troubleshoot technical and AdOps issues related to ad serving, demand partners, and integrations
Take full ownership of your publishers’ performance and outcomes
What We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (GAM, AdX, Header Bidding, RTB, etc.)
Hands‑on experience with Google Ad Manager (DFP)
Experience with programmatic deals: Open Auction, Private Auctions, Preferred Deals, Programmatic Guaranteed
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights
High proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable taking full ownership
Experience working with publishers or adtech companies
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Prebid / header bidding
Background in data analysis, economics, or a quantitative field
