Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Beyond Inclusion Therapy is growing, and we’re looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team and support children and families in a home health setting.

This is a W2 position with benefits, offering consistency, support, and room to grow within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT


• Support clients with daily living skills, sensory regulation, and motor development


• Implement individualized treatment plans in home and community settings


• Collaborate with families and team members to support carryover and progress


• Maintain timely, compliant documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Arizona COTA license


• Passion for working with pediatric populations


• Experience with sensory needs, developmental delays, or disabilities preferred


• Strong communication and teamwork skills


• Reliable transportation for home health visits
