We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide in-home occupational therapy services to pediatric clients. We offer dental, vision, health and life insurance. The COTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to implement treatment plans that support independence, participation, and daily living skills within natural environments.ResponsibilitiesImplement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational TherapistProvide in-home therapy services focused on:Fine motor and visual-motor skillsSensory regulation and processingActivities of daily living (ADLs) (e.g., dressing, feeding, hygiene)Feeding and oral motor skills (as appropriate)Use play-based, routines-based, and functional interventions within the childs natural environmentEducate and coach caregivers on strategies to support carryover at homeCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members (SLPs, BCBAs, etc.) to ensure consistency of careComplete accurate and timely documentation (same day or within 24 hours) in compliance with DDD and AHCCCS requirementsMaintain professional and clear communication with families and team membersTravel to client homes within assigned service areas
