Pay
Salaried grade 8
$79,547 - $90,778 / year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Plus 4% shift premium for 2nd shift
Actual salaries may vary and in some cases may be higher with extensive experience and strong performance.

Job Summary
McKee Foods is seeking a Process Maintenance Supervisor to join our plant 2 maintenance team. The Maintenance Supervisor provides visible leadership and technical expertise to ensure the safe, reliable operation of production equipment and facilities. This role is responsible for employee safety, equipment reliability, product and process quality, food safety and product purity, as well as productivity and employee engagement. The Maintenance Supervisor leads a team of maintenance employees, partners closely with manufacturing, and serves as a liaison between outside vendors/contractors and McKee Foods.

Required Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership with a high degree of personal integrity and confidentiality, serving as a role model for McKee Foods guiding values, ethics, policies, goals and objectives
One to two years of college, associate degree, technical degree or equivalent
Three to four years' experience in a similar position with McKee Foods
Possess a good safety record and commitment to a positive safety culture
Knowledgeable of food safety, security and food plant/equipment sanitation (GMPs, AIB, and BRC requirements)
Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with employees at all levels within the organization, contract employees, suppliers and customers
Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, prioritize, direct and complete multiple projects and activities in a timely and cost-efficient manner
Willingness to work on multiple project teams as needed and travel with the team if needed
Demonstrated ability to adapt, accept, facilitate and implement change
Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a strong partnership focus and to work independently as needed
Demonstrated high degree of initiative, assertiveness, motivation and self-direction
Demonstrated ability for excellent judgment and analytical problem-solving skills; uses and encourages innovation and creative solutions.
Experience with quality improvement programs or lean initiatives such as Hit The Target, Lean, DIM, TPM, RCM or TQM
Demonstrated strong customer service
Hot Work Authorizer Permit and Powered Industrial Equipment training/license (may be earned in the future if selected for this position)

Preferred Qualifications
Supervisory experience in industrial maintenance within a food manufacturing or high-speed production environment.
Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
Demonstrated success using data, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methods to solve problems and improve equipment performance.
Experience collaborating closely with production/manufacturing teams to achieve operational excellence.
Familiarity with reading and interpreting complex blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.
Bachelor's degree
