KSUA offers a dynamic range of student positions in on‑air broadcasting, music programming, audio production, marketing, and station operations. The position runs May–August with a possible extension into the fall semester.

Responsibilities

Host or assist in hosting student radio shows.

Curate playlists and contribute to music programming.

Plan, coordinate, and promote station events.

Support behind‑the‑scenes operations such as audio production, marketing, and station logistics.

Collaborate with other KSUA staff to create a unique and inclusive media culture.

Minimum Qualifications

Enrolled as a UAF student with a minimum of 6 credits per semester.

Minimum GPA of 2.0 or a newly enrolled student.

Creative, curious, and self‑motivated.

Position Details
Location: University of Alaska Fairbanks campus, Fairbanks.

Type: Part‑time student assistant, pooled position.

Open to undergraduate students only.

Employees may be required to work on‑site; remote or hybrid work may be approved at the University’s discretion.
