Kraus Restoration is looking for a Road Warrior B2B sales in North and Central New Jersey. Base Salary + Commission! This position is not remote. We are looking for a New Business Development Manager in the field who will build and maintain relationships between our company and its current and potential contractors. The ideal candidate will be charismatic and personable with the ability to quickly make a positive first impression, consistent communication, and follow-ups.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors throughout the targeted area.
Conduct remote work in assigned territory, meeting contractors (plumbers) business-to-business.
Qualify clients to determine the proper fit for our service and referral program.
Manage all marketing plans and attend key marketing events in the area.
Manage referral partners regularly with value-added touchpoints.
Achieve enrollment, job, and revenue targets monthly.
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
Meet and surpass goals set for weekly, monthly, and yearly achievements.
Professionally promote our company and brand through face-to-face interactions.
Complete weekly sales reports.
Develop and maintain monthly marketing routes.
