Ecommerce Manager

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Manager to manage our online sales and online marketplace activities. The ideal candidate will oversee e-commerce operations, manage product listings, and develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
What you’ll be doing Manage all e-commerce platforms (eBay, Amazon, etc.).
Upload, update, maintain and optimize product listings and photos on e-commerce platforms.
Manage day-to-day sales operations of e-commerce platforms, including answering customer questions, generating sales orders and uploading tracking numbers.
Work hands-on with products. Evaluating, researching and recovering value from devices.
Develop and execute strategies to increase traffic, conversion, and revenue.
Analyze sales data, customer insights, and competitor activity to optimize performance.
Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams for smooth operations.
What you’ll need to succeed 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce management or B2B sales
Familiarity with online marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, etc.)
Proven track record of driving online sales
Basic knowledge of photo editing tools such as Canva
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Strong organizational, communication, and strategic thinking skills
Negotiation, sales or marketplace experience
Passion for e-commerce and digital trends
