DevSecOps Engineer


Join a mission-driven team building next-generation automation solutions that power secure collaboration. In this role, you'll help design and deliver a highly secure, scalable platform that enables critical information sharing in support of global defense operations.


What You'll Do



  • Lead and shape the DevSecOps strategy for a modern, mission-critical collaboration platform

  • Design, build, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to enable scalable and repeatable deployments

  • Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery while maintaining high security and quality standards

  • Integrate security tools, automation, and assessments to ensure compliance with RMF and DoD requirements

  • Partner closely with software development and engineering teams to embed security and automation throughout the lifecycle


What You Bring



  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in DevSecOps or related disciplines

  • Strong expertise with Terraform, Ansible, or similar automation tools

  • Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance


Nice to Have



  • Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration

  • Familiarity with DoD DevSecOps practices and compliance frameworks

  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar)


Compensation: $150,000+
