Technical Accounting Manager Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and support SEC filings including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K
• Coordinate with auditors, legal teams, and internal leadership on financial disclosures
• Manage XBRL reporting and ensure compliance with US GAAP and SEC requirements
• Research complex accounting issues and prepare technical accounting memos
• Monitor new accounting guidance and assess impact on financial reporting
• Support equity accounting, EPS calculations, and broader financial reporting processes

Technical Accounting Manager Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• 5–7+ years of experience in public accounting and/or public company reporting
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• Experience with SEC reporting tools such as ActiveDisclosure or similar
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups
• Strong communication skills with ability to interact with senior stakeholders
