As a Design Engineer II, you’ll own the design and validation of components and systems, working from concept through production while collaborating with teams across the globe.
What You’ll Do Design components, assemblies, and product modifications
Create and manage drawings, BOMs, and engineering changes (ECO/ECR)
Perform FEA, testing, and validation to ensure performance and reliability
Analyze results and provide data-driven recommendations
Support manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and sales with technical expertise
Participate in DFMEA and product validation planning (DVP&R)
Drive design-to-cost and design-for-manufacturing improvements
Contribute to innovation, standardization, and knowledge sharing
What You Bring 5–8 years of experience in mechanical or hydraulic design
Strong CAD experience (Creo preferred)
Experience with FEA, stress analysis, and product validation
Knowledge of hydraulic systems (open/closed loop preferred)
Familiarity with DFMEA, root cause analysis, and product lifecycle processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent English (additional languages a plus)
